Made on a challenge with a set of bartender’s dice from Mover & Shaker, the Dice Roll is a surprisingly bright and delicious drink that finds its root in a vodka collins.

THE ROOT - vodka collins

2 oz Vodka

1 oz Lemon juice

.75 simple syrup

Shake and strain into a collins glass or serve on the rocks.

2 oz honeydew vodka*

1 oz lemon juice

.75 oz simple syrup

Shake and strain on the rocks.

THE SHOW OFF - Dice Roll

2 oz honeydew vodka*

1 oz lemon juice

.75 oz Cardi-C simple syrup*

.25 St Germaine

.25 Velvet Falernum

½ bar spoon of Orange blossom water

Garnish: half an orange wheel

Glass: Rocks

Combine all drink ingredients in a shaker. Shake and strain over crushed ice. Garnish with half an orange wheel.
