green apple syrup

Our fruited syrups are built off the simple syrup 1:1 ratio with fruit added as 2. If you want to experiment with your own combos, keep it 2:1:1 and you should be golden.

2 cups of fruit

1 cup of water

1 cup of sugar

FOR THIS SYRUP, YOU WILL NEED:

2 cups chopped granny smith apples cut in ½” chunks with the skin on

1 cup water

1 cup sugar

Saucepan

Spoon

Mesh Strainer

Put all ingredients in a sauce pan and bring to a boil. Stir frequently so nothing sticks. Let boil for 1-2 minutes, then reduce to a simmer for 10 minutes. Pour mixture through a strainer and discard the solids. This recipe will be enough for about 10-12 cocktails. If you plan to drink more, double it! Or more! Syrups with real fruit will always taste better if they’re fresher, but will keep for up to 2 weeks in the fridge.
