house plant

Your cocktail is healthy if it has vegetables in it, and the house plant is packed with herbs. While its a gin collins at its core, we bumped it way up.

THE ROOT - Gin Collins

2oz Gin

1 oz lemon juice

.75 oz Simple Syrup

Shake and strain. Serve in a Collins glass with a long, skinny, cube or over ice in a rocks glass.

LEARN A LITTLE - Change the sweet

2oz Gin

1 oz lemon juice

.75 oz Honey Basil syrup*

Shake and strain. Serve on the rocks.

LEARN A LITTLE MORE

Use the above recipe, but muddle some mint with the lemon juice, then add gin and syrup.

SHOW OFF - House Plant

1oz lemon juice

1 oz cucumber juice

.75 Honey Basil syrup*

Bar spoon of Suze

Garnish: cucumber slice

Glass: rocks

Put lemon juice and 3-4 mint leaves freshly torn into your shaker and muddle.
