We developed this drink around the time of the Harry Styles Vogue cover. This drink is quietly strong while drinking very delicately. He was on our minds when it came time for naming. This drink stems from a gin collins with a lot of modifications.




THE ROOT - Gin Collins

2oz Gin

1 oz lemon juice

.75 oz Simple Syrup


Shake and strain. Serve in a collins glass with a long, skinny, cube or over ice in a rocks glass.


LEARN A LITTLE - Change the sweetener

2 oz Gin

1 oz lemon juice

.75 oz Green Apple Syrup*


Shake and Strain. Serve on the rocks.


THE SHOW OFF - Peary Styles

2 oz Pear Infused Gin*

1 oz Lemon Juice

.75 oz Greeh Apple Syrup*

.25oz St. Germaine

.25 oz Velvet Falernum

Garnish: burnt lemon + Luxardo cherry

Glass: Coupe


Burn your lemon oil into your coupe glass. Shake and strain. Garnish with your lemon peel and a Luxardo cherry for the most luxurious, delicate, strong drink.
