A mojito on a summer day is such a refreshing treat. We charged ours up with infused rum and more fruit for this crispy, delicious drink.
THE ROOT - Mojito
2 oz white rum
1 oz lime juice
.75 oz simple syrup
Fresh mint
Soda water
Put fresh mint and lime juice in your shaker and muddle. Add ice, simple syrup and rum. Shake and double strain into a collins glass with ice. Top with soda water.

Same as above, sub pineapple & blacklime infused white rum

2 oz pineapple & black lime infused white rum
1 oz lime juice
.75 simple syrup
Fresh mint
Fresh watermelon cut in approx. 1” pieces
Soda water
Put fresh mint, watermelon and lime juice in your shaker and muddle. Add ice, simple syrup and rum. Shake and double strain into a collins glass with ice. Top with soda water. Garnish with fresh mint, melon balls and a lime wheel. Relax and pretend you’re on a beach.
